What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in Australian Dollars.

How do I make payment?

Payment can be made via Paypal using your credit card or your Paypal account. Payment via Paypal using echeck takes 3-5 days to clear. Your order will be mailed once payment has cleared.

SHIPPING

When do you ship your items?

We ship items within 24-48 hours once payment has been received.

International Shipping

We send items via regular Air Mail internationally. Regular Air Mail does not include a tracking number or insurance. We will send you a shipping quote based on your location. Insurance for international parcels is approximately $9 for the first $100 or part thereof.

Australian Shipping

Items sent within Australia are via regular post. If you prefer to receive your parcel via Express Post (next business day delivery), please select the Express Post button when ordering. Express Post is trackable.

 

What about customs and duties?

Customers are responsible for all international customs and duty fees. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping and are incurred at the time of delivery. We are not able to calculate how much these fees might be, should they occur. You should inquire with your local customs agency for more information and assistance in this area. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees. We are not able to mark items as “gift.”

How will I know when my order ships?

An email confirmation is sent to the email address you used when placing your order. And an email will also be sent to the same email address when your order ships. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk folder.

 

How long will shipment take?

Estimated shipment times within Australia are 2-5 days.

Estimated shipment times Internationally are 7-12 days.

Express Post within Australia is next day delivery. (This occurs only within the Express Post network)

What if my order gets lost in the mail?

Please make sure you have read our processing and shipping times above this. If after doing so, you think your order is lost in the mail, please contact us and make sure to include your order number.

 

What if my order arrives damaged in the mail?

Our products are packaged well in protective mailers. If your item arrives damaged or has a flaw, please take a snapshot of the damage and contact us as soon as possible.

 

GIFTS

Do you offer gift certificates?

We do offer Gift Cards.

 

Can you post the gift direct to my gift recipient?

Yes, please fill out the recipients address in the “Shipping Address” section.

 

Can you put a gift message in with my order?

Yes, please complete the “gift message” field, which is just below the basic description on each product page.
